A beautiful reminder of how love changes over time in a culture that often tries to prescribe it as one certain way.

Curious to hear your take on the love languages book too!

Thank you Emma. The love languages book is an interesting one- it appears to solve a communication gap between couples but does it? Gary Chapman was a Southern Baptist Minister who already believed in wifely submission to a husband’s leadership. Into that dynamic, it might have a different impact than a quiz on what’s the way you prefer to show and receive love.

I didn´t know that and it certainly throws a different light on it all. Interesting!
